Diffuse Reflecions Unit (A 528/D)

The ALPHA-R diffuse reflection module enables you to analyze a variety of solid samples, powders, minerals and gemstones. ALPHA’s QuickSnap™ sampling modules offer complete sampling flexibility. These accessory modules can easily be exchanged without any tools and be automatically recognized by the ALPHA FT-IR spectrometer.

Integrating Sphere (A 562)

Enables infrared reflectance spectroscopy of large sampling areas. Applications include: qualitative and quantitative measurement of liquids, solids, powders and inhomogeneous samples. Also for geological samples and surface analysis.
