AutoSeagull - Automated Reflectance Accessory
The AutoSeagull is an automated version of the popular Harrick Seagull™ reflection accessory. The AutoSeagull features software controlled selection of both angle and polarization settings.
Specular Reflection Unit 11° (A 510)
Enables IR reflection spectra to be measured for solid samples at a fixes angle of 11°.
11° Combined Transmission and Specular Reflection Accessory (A 510-QT)
Allows transmission and reflection studies at exactly the same sample position by software controlled switching between the two measurement modes.
Variable Angle Reflection Accessory (A 513)
A high performance variable angle reflection accessory optimized for the Bruker Optics FT-IR spectrometers. Available in both a manually adjusted and a computer-controlled version.
Specular Reflectance Unit 10° (A 515)
Enables IR reflection spectra to be measured for solid samples at a fixed angle of 10° with an external focus for the sample position in front of the sample compartment.
Specular Reflectance Unit 10° (A 516)
Enables IR reflection spectra to be measured for solid samples at a fixed angle of 10° with an external focus for the sample position above of the sample compartment.
Horizontal Reflection Unit 30° (A 517)
Allows surface analysis of solids and liquids by IR specular reflectance measurements.
30° Reflection Accessory for ALPHA FT-IR spectrometers
Designed for easy and fast surface analysis of solids by IR specular reflectance measurements.
Horizontal Reflectance Unit 80° (A 518)
Designed for easy-to-use grazing incidence reflection measurement. Applications include: monolayer analysis, Langmuir-Blodget films, coatings, thin layers, corrosion, molecular orientations.
Absolute Reflectance Accessory (A 519-A)
Enables the determination of absolute reflectance values. The angle of incidence is almost perpendicular (12°) and the measurement result does not depend on the reflectivity of the reference mirror.
