ATR objective
Bruker Optics’ proprietary ATR objective allows crystal clear viewing of the sample without sacrificing infrared throughput. The anvil shaped ATR crystal with 100 micron contact area allows you to target only the area of interest with full performance.
The ATR objective has two modes of operation for optimizing image quality in the viewing mode and infrared performance in the IR mode. The adjustable pressure settings give you the control you need for collecting ATR data on even the most challenging samples. ATR mapping capabilities on uneven surfaces due to integrated pressure sensor.
The small tip design of the internal reflection element allows you to analyze samples that might otherwise be difficult to access. The ATR objective also has excellent throughput minimizing data acquisition time and resulting in excellent data quality.
