The 5-Times Micro Focusing Unit (A 524)

Enables IR transmission measurements of small solid samples by using an optical condensor system to provide a 5 times reduction of the standard beam focus size. Applications include: Microsampling of fibers, paint chips, single crystals and micro KBr discs.

The 3-Times Micro Focusing Unit (A 525)

Enables IR transmission measurements of small samples by using an optical condensor system to provide a 3 times reduction of the standard beam focus size. Applications include: microsampling of high pressure diamond cell applications, low temperature measurements using a micro cryostate, fibers and paint chips, single crystals and micro KBr discs
