the mq minispec series Software
The comprehensive and flexible GUI of the mq series
Every minispec system is controlled via a state-of-the-art client-server architecture using a Ethernet connection. The control of the minispec is achieved via a graphical user interface (GUI) running on a Windows platform. Key features of the minispec software are:

- Screenshots of the minispec software
- Daily Check, auto validation and a continuous data logging of all relevant system parameters for each action carried out on the instrument
- Integrated spreadsheet/database option for preparing measurement sequences in advance
- Flexible presentation of results and signal display
- Statistics monitoring window
- Configurable user interface with a number of different permission levels
- Simplified user interface for routine operation with standard applications
- R&D level of the interface allows access to all possible functions and routines
- Efficient programming of a user's own sequences and methods
Research Applications
With the addition of powerful R&D software and hardware options, the Bruker mq series minispec becomes a research instrument for the development of new complex applications:
- Multiple nuclei investigations - measurements on hydrogen, fluorine, phosphorus and other nuclei
- ExpSpel experiment editor for development of complex pulse programs and complete test procedures
- Broadband excitation with strong RF pulses (transmitter power up to 1000W)
- T1 / T1r / T1D / T2 & T2e relaxation time analysis
- T1 / T2 measurements with a very high number of data points - e.g. rock core analysis
- Relaxation time studies in a range from 2 MHz to 65 MHz (1H) - contrast agents can be measured at MR frequency
- Diffusion experiments
- Multi-dimensional, bipolar shaped gradients.
- Remote Control Interface via industry standard ActiveX
