The experiment editor ExpSpel of the mq series opens up a new domain with freedom in pulse sequence and protocol development. The full range of Bruker applications (50+ applications) are available as a starting point for your own development. As such, ExpSpel is an important tool to extend the utility of the minispec applications and allow specific user customization. ExpSpel is powerful to define the most complex pulse sequences and mathematical data processing. At the same time, ExpSpel is easy to learn. Some key features of ExpSpel are:
- Control data acquisition
- Program excitation pulse sequences (variable delays and nested loops etc.)
- Control peripherals (e.g. balance, sample thermostat, sample changer etc.)
- Perform mathematical operations on acquired data (arithmetic, curve fitting, correlation with calibration curves)
