OPUS-IR
- Display with additional upper x-axis in addition to wavenumber [cm-1] scale in eV, meV, THz, μm, nm units
- Step Scan functionality improvements:
- Implementation of the transient recorder board (TRB), 14bit, 2 channels with 2.5/4nsec (S522-400x) for temporal resolved spectroscopy (TRS)
- New amplitude modulation function with internal frequency generator
- Macro for automated AC/DC coupled Step Scan TRS result calculation
- Improved non-linearity correction algorithm
- Enhanced automatic optical layer thickness determination function
- Improvement of photoluminescence(PL) measurement set-up
- 2-point radiometric black body (BB) calibration for emission measurements
- Improved reliability of IFS125HR data acquisition
Multi Evaluation:
- Hierarchical evaluation of spectra using different methods,
like IDENT -> QUANT -> next step QUANT - Rename group name or component name (IDENT, ConformityTest, Integration, QUANT1, QUANT2)
- Calculate virtual components from real components (QUANT2)
- Set target value, warning and alarm limits (Integration, QUANT1, QUANT2)
- Apply Bias or general formula to the evaluation result (QUANT2)
- Define up to 5 variables within general formula for e.g. interactive temperature or path length correction during measurement
Analysis Report Generator:
- Interactive setup of Analysis Report Templates
- Use parameters available in data blocks of spectra
- Select layout (font, font size), assign a company logo
- Assign spectra to the Analysis Report depending on evaluation result
- Output to printer, PDF or csv file
