Service is available either on a Time & Material basis or as an extended Manufacturer Service Agreements (MSA). Your MSA takes over when your original warranty has expired. Bruker Optics offers two essential service plans to provide a predictable fixed cost for preventative maintenance and repair service delivered by experienced and certified professionals. In addition, these plans provide full technical support, optional software and validation updates.
